Running

So I went "running" last night. What that means is for 1 hour I was out in running shorts, a t-shirt, sneakers, and a ball cap with my headphones in walking very quickly, lightly jogging, or the occasional sprint. I hurt.

  1. an hour? Start slow dude. a brisk walk for 5-10 minutes then a light jog for 10-15 then a cool down walking for 5-10. Then each week increase your time by no more than 10%. Run only three times a week for now and every 3-4 weeks cut back 25% to create a rest week then climb again kind of like the sawtooth function + x with some modification to slope and what not.
